ATID has been established in order to enable talented men and women, young professionals from all fields, who have a rich background in Torah study, to develop the ability to make informed decisions about the education of the next generations. Agenda: Jewish Education, Renaissance and Renewal
Issue No. 16 of Agenda: Jewish Education, a JESNA publication. Agenda: Jewish Education is a catalyst for informed dialogue around policy issues related to Jewish education. American Jewish University (formerly University of Judaism) MBA program in nonprofit management focuses on the business of running a nonprofit organization: the marketing, fundraising, financing and accounting necessary to manage and create change within the nonprofit world. Our Masters of Jewish Communal Studies combines Judaic knowledge with the management skills needed to work efficiently in the Jewish world.

Brandeis University - Hornstein Program in Jewish Professional Leadership
Brandeis University’s Hornstein Program prepares future Jewish Leaders to address the challenges of a fast and ever-changing Jewish community. Educationally robust and intellectually rigorous, this 21 month program offers three separate leadership tracks:
- A dual MBA/MA program with Brandeis’s highly esteemed Heller School of Social Policy and Management.
- A dual MPP/MA program, also with the Heller School.
- A dual MA program with Brandeis’s world renowned Department of Near Eastern and Judaic Studies (NEJS)

Brandeis University - MAT-JDS/DeLeT
DeLeT is a 14 month (two summers and a school year) program that combines academic and professional study with a year-long internship in a local day school. Small and personalized, the program prepares teachers of general and Jewish studies for grades 1-6. Students study with members of their Jewish day school cohort as well as with members of the public elementary school MAT cohort.
Program faculty and instructors include distinguished teacher educators and Judaic scholars drawn from the Brandeis Education Program, the Department of Near Eastern and Judaic Studies, and the Mandel Center for Studies in Jewish Education.

DeLeT is a 15-month fellowship program designed to increase the number of professional teacher leaders who are prepared to teach and support Jewish families in the growing number of Jewish day schools in America. Gratz College
Gratz College offers several graduate degrees and certificates in both Jewish Communal Service and Jewish Education. The Masters of Arts degree in Jewish Communal Service (MAJCS) and the graduate-leve Certificate in Jewish Communal Service (CJCS), with a special track in Jewish Non-Profit Leadership (on-line), prepares students to serve as future Jewish communal professionals and enhances the Jewish studies background of those already employed in the community. The Master's degree and graduate-level certificate programs in Jewish education, including an online only certificate in Jewish Early Childhood Education, combine clinical knowledge of educational methodology and theory with strong grounding in Jewish studies. Hebrew College: Shoolman Graduate School of Jewish Education
Masters of Jewish Education may be completed in two to three years. Certificates and specializations offered in Jewish Day School Education, Early Childhood Jewish Education, Jewish Family Education, Jewish Special Education, Informal Education, and Camping. The Masters of Jewish Education may also be completed in Jerusalem, Israel through the Pardes Educators Program. Graduates of the Hebrew College/Pardes program will also receive a Certificate in Advanced Jewish Learning from Pardes.

Hebrew Union College - Jewish Institute of Religion New York School of Education
The School of Education in New York offers a full-time three-year program which begins in Israel with rabbinical and cantorial students, and a joint MA with the School of Jewish Non-Profit Management. Flexible part-time degree programs (with a mid-winter seminar in Israel), leading to a Master of Arts in Religious Education (MARE) is also available. Our programs prepare educational leaders for congregations, day schools, camps, informal education programs and family education. In addition to academic studies, students have field internships under the supervision of experienced mentors. The Master of Arts in Jewish Education and the Joint Masters in Jewish Communal Service and Education (in cooperation with the School of Jewish Communal Service) prepare educational leaders for congregations, day schools, camps, informal education programs and family education. In addition to academic studies, students have field internships under the supervision of experienced mentors. Students at the Rhea Hirsch School learn about the many educational transformation projects sponsored by the school. Hebrew Union College - Jewish Institute of Religion School of Jewish Nonprofit Management
HUC-JIR's School of Jewish Nonprofit Management provides a variety of two-year double master's degree programs in partnership with the University of Southern California, including the School of Planning, Policy and Development (MAJCS/MPA), the Marshall School of Business (MAJCS/MBA), the Annenberg School of Communications (MAJCS/MCM), the School of Social Work (MAJCS/MSW) and the Roski School of Fine Arts (MAJCS/MPAS). SJCS also offers a Joint MAJCS/MAJE degree together with the HUC-JIR Rhea Hirsch School of Education, as well as a Certificate in Jewish Communal Service for students enrolled in other graduate programs..

Initiative on Bridging Scholarship and Pedagogy in Jewish Studies
This initiative from the Mandel Center for Studies in Jewish Education at Brandeis seeks to bridge the worlds of scholarship and pedagogy in Jewish studies at all levels, explore common questions in the teaching of Jewish Studies and conduct research into the practice of pedagogy in Jewish Studies. The website includes conference videos, working papers, and a bibliography on pedagogy for Jewish studies teachers.
