If you answered yes, the Lainer-Masa Fellowship is for you.   
The Fellowship includes a 3 credit course which is part of a larger 3 semester experience. 

 

Spring Semester in Israel:

Academic Course

"Jewish Experiential Education- Achievements, Challenges, and Opportunities" – Hebrew University

“Jewish Education: The Reality and the Vision” – Tel Aviv University

"Educating Jews in an Open Society – Visions, Settings, and Challenges" - University of Haifa

 

Professional Development

A half-day internship working in an Israeli educational setting of your choice (Hebrew University & University of Haifa only).

A chance to meet with leading Jewish Education professionals.

Fun and enriching extracurricular activities, including a Shabbaton.

 

Senior Year in North America:

Internship

  • All fellows hold professional internships in the field of Jewish Education during their Senior Year.
  • In addition to internship-based supervisors, Fellows are paired with a professional contact to further enhance their experience.
