- To increase overall participation in the full range of Jewish educational experiences by making these experiences more attractive, accessible, and high quality. In expanding the number of participants, we seek to expand the number of experiences in which each individual and family participates, and extend participation throughout one’s life.
- To increase the recruitment and retention of outstanding educators.
- To enable the Jewish educational system to operate with knowledge of “what works,” a culture of cooperation, and the readiness to innovate that will ensure its ongoing dynamism and effectiveness.
